Our micro school focuses on empowering K-8th grade learners by giving them the tools to take ownership of their educational journey. We emphasize growth through diverse and engaging learning opportunities that inspire creativity and curiosity.
Tailored Learning Experiences
Our unique curriculum is customized to meet every kid at their personal pace and skill level. We thrive off of an autonomous-supportive culture aimed at empowering each student. Our personal goal setting helps kids take ownership and find their internal drive with their own learning. We offer a blend of inquiry-led problem solving, hands-on activities, interactive projects, and collaborative learning to help kids pursue their passions.
The 4 C's
We structure our learning day with the 4 C's: connect, conquer, collaborate, and create. Connect entails values-driven personal development that builds on our community based feel. Conquer is where master-focused personalized academics comes into play. Collaborate is all about interactive inquiry-led discovery through science and social studies. Create involves hands-on project-based learning activities through art, music, and cooking.
Our Core Values
These five core values are the foundation of our culture. Start with heart, dare greatly, figure it out, foundation of trust, and learning over comfort. We focus on humans who deserve empathy and belonging, who have unlimited potential. We set big goals and take small steps each day to achieve them no matter if we hit a roadblock. We see ourselves as capable problem solvers who will do whatever it takes to learn and persist in the effort. We extend trust and approach others with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. We choose learning even when it gets difficult. We take risks knowing that growth can happen outside of our comfort zones.
Grades K-2
For grades K-2, our main goal is building a strong literacy foundation through various curriculum programs that connect subjects and promote a deeper understanding of the world around them.
Grades 3-8
In grades 3-8, our program emphasizes independence and responsibility. Students are encouraged to pursue their passions while developing essential skills for high school and beyond, all within a supportive community that celebrates each learner's unique journey.

Our Schedule
We meet 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, with a high emphasis on crushing our main learning goals at the beginning of each week. This allows our Thursday's to be more low key with field trips, park play, and creativity driven. We start each day at 8:45am and end at 2:30pm, with Thursday's releasing at 1pm. We begin each school year mid August and conclude mid May. We observe all national holidays along with enjoying a fall break, Thanksgiving break, winter break, and a spring break.
